We also include nutritional guidance with all of our training services. Our Xtend Fitness Specialists are degreed and certified professionals that have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. We use a comprehensive 3-step approach to health. Through the 3 Pillars of Xtend: Accountability, Education, and Motivation; we help our members successfully achieve their health and wellness goals.
