Get to Know Wellbeats

With more than 1.8 million Wellbeats users around the world, this incredible technology is catching on quickly. And it’s no wonder. This powerful tool has been transforming not only workout routines, but entire lives.

Wellbeats Top Features

Let’s explore more of the Wellbeats features users and providers can enjoy when they implement this tool in their own fitness facilities.

Everyone has different needs, challenges, and goals when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Wellbeats was created with all of these differences in mind. Users can choose from 31 channels and more than 700 videos to find exactly what they’re looking for. There’s always a new class to try so you’ll never get bored with your workouts!

Nutrition Education

In addition to fitness classes, Wellbeats also offers a comprehensive range of nutrition education. After all, the most effective approach when it comes to wellness includes covering all of your bases—not just getting your workouts in! On their Nourish channel, users can choose from more than 20 cooking classes with a variety of tutorials, recipes, tips, and more. Nutrition education is provided by Christina and Katie from Prescribe Nutrition, Chef Marshall, and Dr. Kim Waters so you’ll know you’re getting professional advice.

(Speaking of nutrition, take a look at this blog post next for some meal prep ideas you won’t want to miss!)

Challenges and Fit Tests

If you thrive on challenges, you’re going to love the goal-based challenges through Wellbeats that will help you reach your fitness goals. Challenges range from two to eight weeks. They’re based around different goals and come with names like Lose Weight, Build Strength, and Get Fit.

Additionally, they’ve made it easy to measure your progress with Fit Tests. Found in the app, these Fit Tests range from 10-20 minutes and they help you benchmark and track your results.

Who is Wellbeats for?

We already mentioned how versatile Wellbeats is. But you might be surprised to hear that this versatility extends to who and how it serves. As they explain on their website, Wellbeats is used in workplaces of all sizes, university campuses, multi-family housing, the U.S. military, fitness and health clubs around the world.

The Club Level Fitness Center offers tenants access to a Wellbeats Touch Consult that connects to a projector screen in the Fitness Studio!
