I highly recommend Daniel as your personal trainer at Xtend Fitness. I signed up with him in January for strength training and here it is March and I am already seeing an increase in muscle and strength! Daniel listens to your goals, sees the possibilities and creates a strategy to help get you there with a varied workout routine that is solely centered on you. He’s so good to encourage that extra push for that last rep and also quick to correct form to the end. Daniel is also very personable and highly respectful of your work out time and you as a person.
