Xtend does not use a "one size fits all" for anyone. Our Personal Training program is geared toward your specific fitness goals. To ensure your success, we develop a customized training and nutrition plan prior to the start of the program. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain or general health and wellness, your customized program includes a well-structured exercise routine and a tailored nutrition plan - intended for maximum results. Our Xtend Fitness Specialists will ensure that you have the necessary motivation and support to achieve your goals. We will help you focus on smaller goals that are specific and realistic, and attainable; setting you up to achieve the larger, more audacious goal.



Semi-Private Training

Receive a superior group training experience in a smaller setting! Each session accommodates a MAX of 4 members. A small group setting allows our coaches the ability to tailor your training to your individual fitness goals. We use a training method called Target Body Split Training intended for maximum performance and adequate recovery. Our TARGET X program includes semi-private training, routine biometrics for tracking progress, nutritional guidance and weekly check-ins for greater accountability. Group Training

Our full-body resistance and core conditioning class utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and a variety of other equipment. This class is designed to improve strength and muscle definition through resistance training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We track your progress through routine biometric screenings and regular check-ins. We take great pride in our "Xtend family" feel where you will receive support not only from your trainer but also from your fellow members. You will be challenged without compromising your safety, our Xtend Fitness Specialists will ensure that you are performing each exercise with proper form and pace. Overall, this is the ideal program for torching body fat and achieving a lean physique.
