When you sign up for online training, you’ll have a virtual fitness and nutrition consultation with an Xtend trainer. They’ll use this time to learn more about you and your individual goals, then create a customized Fitness Training Schedule and Nutrition Guide for you that you can access through the Xtend Fitness app.

Even if you aren’t meeting with your coach in-person, they’re motivation experts who will keep you on track and accountable to your goals from wherever you are!
