Personal Training with Xtend Fitness goes beyond just fitness. Our proven approach contains three principles: Mindset, Training, and Nutrition. Each of these principles are designed to help members adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This cohesive and balanced process is what helps our clients reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

1:1 Personal Training Sessions 2-3x per week that fit your schedule
Baseline and follow-up body measurements to track your progress
Initial and follow-up fitness assessment(s) based on your goals (i.e. strength, cardio, flexibility, etc.)
Personalized cardio and stretching plan to stay active between sessions
Healthy habit coaching to help you make better nutrition choices that support your goals
Text or email for support and accountability from your coach

*Based on a 2-3x / week, 6-month program.

I highly recommend Daniel as your personal trainer at Xtend Fitness. I signed up with him in January for strength training and here it is March and I am already seeing an increase in muscle and strength! Daniel listens to your goals, sees the possibilities and creates a strategy to help get you there with a varied workout routine that is solely centered on you.
