Personal Training with Xtend Fitness goes beyond just fitness. Our proven approach contains three principles: Mindset, Training, and Nutrition. Each of these principles are designed to help members adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This cohesive and balanced process is what helps our clients reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Let us help you develop a plan to reach your goals, hold you accountable to your workout routine, and provide you with the motivation and support you deserve!

1:1 Personal Training Sessions 2-3x per week that fit your schedule
Baseline and follow-up body measurements to track your progress
Initial and follow-up fitness assessment(s) based on your goals (i.e. strength, cardio, flexibility, etc.)
Personalized cardio and stretching plan to stay active between sessions
Healthy habit coaching to help you make better nutrition choices that support your goals
Text or email for support and accountability from your coach

Denise is our go to personal trainer for small group sessions. She’s great at dividing her attention among us and making sure we all get a productive workout. We get a lot of use out of the equipment also as she incorporates it into our various routines. She’s also very good company and easy to crack jokes with while maintaining a professional and motivated environment! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏼

The entire staff is extremely friendly and engaging. Hired Sarah the nutrition coach for my daughter and she was instrumental in helping her reach her weight gain goals. I hired JoAnn the yoga instructor and it is the best decision I have made in a long time. She is great at meeting you were you are at, and has really helped my flexibility and inner peace. It is the best eay to start your day!

Awesome place! I have never felt so taken care off at any other gym. All the trainers and coaches have listened and paid attention to all my needs and concerns, helping with realistic goals and guidelines. I had never had a conversation with a “Mindset” coach, and let me tell you….one session and he absolutely changed the perception and image I had of myself and haven’t gone back to thinking or talking negatively to myself! Jack is a wonderful trainer!!! He explains and shows each workout so well and watches carefully for proper form - I love my workouts and very surprised how he can get in a full-body workout in just 30 minutes - I have learned so much and every week I feel stronger - he is truly amazing!!
