Begin by booking a consultation with an Xtend Fitness nutritionist. During this initial meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, aspirations, and any specific requirements you may have.
Your seven nutrition coaching sessions (over 12 weeks) are designed to teach you about healthy eating and making informed food choices that satisfy your cravings and support your goals at the same time. We come up with strategies for overcoming whatever gets in the way of making healthy choices.
As part of your personalized nutrition coaching, we provide a customized three-day meal plan that takes into account your likes and dislikes, nutritional requirements, and optimal meal timing.
Periodically, your nutrition coach will check in with you for feedback and progress reassessment. Then, we’ll adjust your goals as needed. We believe in continuous communication and adaptation to ensure your nutritional plan remains effective and aligned with your evolving needs.
