I highly recommend Daniel Lopez with Xtend Fitness. This is a welcoming and supportive workout group, and am grateful to be a part of. Daniel creates a great mix of cardio, conditioning and strength training with stretching. Workout sessions are never boring or repetitive and keeps my attention. He takes the time and pays attention to ensure your form is correct, to avoid injury and to get the maximum for your workout. Daniel is a very respectful person, who challenges and supports me in reaching my goals for weight loss, better eating habits, and being fit. I am happy to say that I’m definitely feeling and seeing results! 😊💪
