Denise is such a great trainer, she is patient and also stern. My favorite thing about her is that she pushes me when I need it most. I have almost completed one year of one on one training and the results have been great!

I highly recommend Daniel as your personal trainer at Xtend Fitness. I signed up with him in January for strength training and here it is March and I am already seeing an increase in muscle and strength! Daniel listens to your goals, sees the possibilities and creates a strategy to help get you there with a varied workout routine that is solely centered on you. He’s so good to encourage that extra push for that last rep and also quick to correct form to the end. Daniel is also very personable and highly respectful of your work out time and you as a person. Since taking group fitness classes with Xtend Fitness, I’ve made more progress than I thought possible. Daniel is really focused on getting you healthy and makes every class challenging yet somehow fun. I’ve had improvement in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness and energy levels. All of the weight, inches, and body fat I’ve shed thus far have been an added bonus and speaks to how well the nutritional guidance and physical workouts are paired together. It's a fun group to be a part of and he does a really good job of holding everyone accountable and moving them forward. I recommend Daniel and Xtend if you’re looking for personal or group training. His training will give you a really good return on investment and is definitely worth looking into.
