A superior group training experience in a smaller setting! Each session accommodates a max of 4 members, allowing our coaches the ability to tailor your training.

Group Training

A full-body class designed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility while torching body fat. Our upbeat sessions are organized into circuits with minimal rest to keep your heart rate in a fat-burning state!
